Shipping and Returns

All orders ship from Alameda, California. We offer USPS and UPS ground for shipping within the USA. Expedited service available at check-out. We do not ship to PO boxes.

 

We pack every order with care, however at times damage might occur in transit. If your product arrives damaged, please report it to us by emailing info@amazonicabrasil.com immediately, and make sure to include photos of the damaged package. 

 

International Shipping

We use UPS and DHL for all deliveries outside the USA. Those shipping fees and timeframes will be calculated at check-out based on the delivery address provided. Normally, it takes 3-5 business days based on service selected at check-out. We are not responsible for any delays caused due to natural disasters, civil or political upheaval, or carries strikes within the county of delivery.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

We know that you will love our products and appreciate the well-thought-out formulations. We understand that sometimes things do not work out, and we want you to be satisfied. However, due to the current pandemic, and the personal care nature of our products, returns are not accepted at this moment.

We hope the current situation will soon improve. Until then, all orders and sale items are final.
